Same Day In-House Repair

Cracked iPhone display? Poor battery life? We can repair your iPhone and have it back to you the same day. We use genuine Apple parts to deliver Apple-certified repairs which are backed by Apple. This means you will get your iPhone back working exactly the way it should without voiding your warranty!

Cost

  • In warranty repairs and most repair extension programs: No cost for parts or labor
  • Out of warranty and accidental damage: $30 labor + Part cost (same cost as Apple)
  • Apple Care + accidental damage: $29 display repair / $99 whole unit replacement
  • Software support: $30 labor for most issues (in warrantyand out of warranty)
  • Training: $120/hr billable every 15 minutes (one 40 minute appointment typically bills at $60)

On-Site Service and Support

As a convenience to our customers, TenPlus’ full line of services are available on-site , at your location. TenPlus On-Site Services includes warranty & non-warranty repair, and general technical support for individuals and businesses.

Our technicians will work directly at your site to verify and correct your problem, validate and test the solution, and look for ways to ensure optimum performance with your technology assets.

Carry-In Service and Support

TenPlus Systems is conveniently located near the State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC (500 Uwharrie Ct). We offer curbside access, plenty of parking, and Saturday business hours.

For Mac or Lenovo service, you are welcome to bring your computer by anytime during business hours. One of our team members will get information about you, your computer, and what you are experiencing that you would like resolved. For non-warranty covered computers or issues, we do collect a $60 (plus tax) service check-in fee which is our minimum billable labor and covers the cost of the inspection and diagnosis. 

Our technicians work on computers in the order they arrive. We commit to have your computer in front of a technician two business days* later for inspection and diagnosis. We offer an “EXPEDITE” option if you need inspection underway sooner (within 4 business hours). An $120 premium applies. 

We aim to answer three important questions in the course of the inspection and diagnosis so you can make a well-informed decision: 

1: What do you have? 
2: What do you need? 
3: What do we recommend? 

For iPhone, iPad, Beats and other similar devices, appointments are recommended and preferred. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting us directly or at www.apple.com/support. TenPlus Systems charges $30 (plus tax) for technician labor on out of warranty repairs.

Warranty and Non Warranty Hardware Repair

On the occasion that your computer needs service, TenPlus Systems is the right service provider for your Warranty or Non-Warranty repairs.

Warranty Repair

TenPlus is an Authorized Service Provider for Apple and Lenovo brand equipment. With these authorizations, our team can help repair your computer under warranty. Instances of accidental damage and abuse are generally not covered under warranty, but having these repairs performed by an authorized service provider may restore the warranty after the accidental damage is repaired. With years of combined experience, certified technicians and award winning service performance, you can rest assured that TenPlus is your best service option.

Non Warranty Repair

TenPlus offers service and support for your older equipment. We have diagnostic tools and service guides for computers well over five years old, an age at which many service providers begin to refuse service. In the event your computer is too old to repair cost effectively, we can provide you with your new computer options, complete setup and installation, data migration services, financing and secure recycling of your old equipment. Services for out of warranty computers are generally billed based on time and materials. Phone, Remote and Onsite Support

Priority Services provides support in a variety of ways including phone support, remote access, in-office, and, when necessary, here in TenPlus’ own fully equipped service department. As a Managed Services Provider (MSP), our first priority is to prevent issues from coming up to begin with. When they do, our next priority is to get them resolved as expediently as possible, by whichever means is most appropriate — Phone, remote access, on-site, or at TenPlus.
