We are an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP+), which means we are capable of providing both carry-in and on-site service on all Apple models. We are also authorized to perform service on Lenovo equipment. We have the experience and vendor relationships to get quick answers to your technical questions or problems. With a proactive approach, we can quickly resolve your technical problems, as well as help you strategically plan to minimize them. Your downtime is minimized and your staff can spend their time on their projects.

Preventative Maintenance

Contact TenPlus to register for a program of regular cleaning of your equipment and care of your storage media, such has hard drives or external disks, to prevent many problems that cause downtime.

On the occasion that your computer needs servicing, TenPlus Systems has the right maintenance program for you, both for warranty or non-warranty repairs.

At your site or in our shop

Our technicians will work directly at your site to verify and correct your problem, and then test the solution to ensure optimum performance. You can make an appointment by phone or online. If you don’t require on-site support, you can save money by working with us on a carry-in basis. Just drop your equipment off at the TenPlus offices and our expert technicians will use our comprehensive set of tools to diagnose your problem within 2 business days and then call you to explain your options for proceeding with the repair.

Service Agreements

When you have a service agreement with TenPlus Systems, either for a desktop system or a network, you receive priority attention and response, preventative maintenance, discounted labor rates, and prepaid labor expenditures.
